Only way out is using keyboard (ctrl-alt-del or alt-tab twice makes it work again). Not all keystrokes work, eg ctrl-shift-esc doesn't bring up task manager, ctrl-esc doesn't do all the keyboard shortcuts (page up, tab etc etc) apart from basic window functions (alt-f4 etc) stop working in internet explorer.

Not a bug really, just an interface issue. The game doesn't drop stacks of items on the ground, only in containers and they are labeled in containers. I just have to alt+tab out and close the game in task manager(luckily F5 still works to save, as long as i dont get stuck in a npc conv....).
